India is a shrinking ship........jump out of it now

It is with great sadness that i m supporting and advocating brain drain for India. This idea holds water and even gains strength from the ongoing madness of Manmohan Singh's government. The largest democracy of the world is ruled by a prime minister without a backbone. All Manmohan Singh knows is to follow orders from others(no need to mention the name). How he got to the highest throne in India without ever winning a popular election is not only ironical but also highly despicable for a country that prides on its democracy.
India faced and still faces a huge problem of brain drain. Most of it's brightest minds escaped the red tape reservations and mediocrity by fleeing to greener pastures of western countries and remaining there. But this trend has recently reversed, although slightly,so that India now was retaining its intellectuals in IITs ,IIMs,and AIIMs .
And many those who fled earlier were returning back to mushrooming technological sector.
At such crucial stage in India's history,it is very disappointing that our H.R.D minister Arjun Singh wants us to return to the stone age by increasing the already existing quotas for the so called "lower castes".Will this not encourage a second wave of draining brains? So is India going to loose its best intellectuals at the it needed them most?
Worse still there is a talk of introducing mandatory reservation in private sector.Although the compulsion has died down, the congress party is pressurizing the industry to take it voluntarily. So now, all the companies that moved to India from U.S.A., Europe, and other places now faces threat of hiring low-quality workers.
It is highly probable that these companies will quit India no sooner that they come.
It is pathetic that a country that has scaled such great heights should be stunned into mediocrity by the same politicians that were elected with the hope of "Developing India"

Rahul Raj Episode.............a shame for all Indians

Both Rahul Raj,the Bihari youth who was encountered by the Mumbai police for hijacking a city bus and asking to have a parley with Raj Thakre and Dharamdeo Rai,who was lynched by MNS workers in a local train are the victims of the hatred spread by the Raj Thakre.Soon after the heinous murder of Rai, this news was telecasted on all the national news channels showing the innocent 6 years daughter of Dharamdeo, and his wife who is pregnant. What has made Raj not even understand the grieves of these innocent people who were in Mumbai just to get a secured livelihood is impossible to understand. But the main criminal is not Raj Thakre but our governance system which has failed to provide security and take robust actions against MNS workers and Raj Thakre.
It is the politician who are responsible for such an incident taking place. Why blame the British for following a policy of divide and rule when Indians are willing to be divided years after they left the country?Politicians who are intended to play such politics should be banned from contesting elections but the irony is that law makers are involved in such heinous crimes.
One should not forget what happened in Gujrat during Godhra riots. Our respected chief minister Narendre Modi let thousands of Muslims to be brutally killed just to gain the hindu cult and come into power for one more term and now he talks and boast about the developments Gujrat has shown during his regime. What short of development he is taking about, a development which is casted of the lives of thousands of innocent people but what we did?
Narendre Modi got into power once again with clear majority and such incidents such results prompts politicians like Raj Thakre to build local cult on the sacrifice of innocent lives and no wonder Raj Thakre may even succeed in his motives and may even reach to the state assembly. Why our top politicians like Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh who have all the power to curb such acts have failed completely, just because they dont have guts to spoil their vote banks which is based on regionalism, castism and religion.
The hate campaign initiated by Raj Thakre was bound to led to violent consequences. The theory of "sons of the soil" holds water but when it talks about each and every Indians
Politicians must have atleast a threshold value of integrity and nationalism to lead world's largest democracy successfully.Lalu Prasad's warning that railway will not hesitate to suspend services in the states that have failed to provide security to trains and passengers in nothing but a mere politics. In iterating this perhaps our railways minister forgotten that railway coaches were ablazed by a mob in Bihar recently.
But the deep root cause for such incidents, for such politics traits adopted by almost all politicians is we Indians only.We led them to manipulate our self on the behalf of cast, region, religion and now the devil has got new severe faces. We need to change our mentality and we need to give a India a stable and smooth governance where leaders will be of high competence and if we don't have enough options, we need to be "among the options".
